This is such a dark and intense story.  I found myself drawn in and I couldn't let go.  Callie is a character you will love and feel the pain she goes thru.  All she wants is to keep her son and find a job, she gets so much more then that.  She finds what she thinks is a dream job but instead she finds herself in hell.  Bryce Gentry is a monster.  You will either love or hate him.  I hated him.  He treats women or rather Callie like a whore and has no remorse for it.  Jackson comes off as hero that Callie needs but in the end you even wonder if that's the true Jackson or not.  In this book, Callie really has no one to trust but her family.  Everyone is out for themselves and it's all a game.  She gets burned  every chance she gets.  She is determined  to keep fighting and get her happiness.  My mind was so messed up that I couldn't read anything else for the rest of the day. This book has you wondering who's real and who's fake.  Who has Callie's best interest at heart? I seriously can't wait to see how this plays out in the next book.  I'm hoping Gentry gets a taste of his own medicine and Callie can get her happiness back.  She's not gonna be the naive girl. she was in this book, that's for sure.  She's a fighter and I can't wait for her to kick some ass!
